Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://dmyardcaremaintenance.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description. This Site describes Lawn Mowing, Yard Maintenance, Seasonal Yard Cleanup, Tree Trimming, Lawn Edging, Lawn Care Service provided by DM Yard Care & Maintenance. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. DM Yard Care & Maintenance (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DM Yard Care & Maintenance makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Cap on Damages. Liability of DM Yard Care & Maintenance arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold DM Yard Care & Maintenance harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Law and Venue. UT law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in UT.

Updates. DM Yard Care & Maintenance reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
